It is almost time for the big quilt show in Long Beach and you need the perfect bag to carry all your treasures you buy. Create this fun bag using fabric to suit your mood. The bag is large enough to carry a king size quilt, use as a carry-on tote when you fly and is lightweight enough to take to the quilt show and fill with goodies. Learn to use your new Bernina sewing machine! We offer classes every week to new owners of machines purchased at Thimble Towne. In 1997, Loraine Torrence started a year long workshop in design essentials. She has now put the classes into book form. The goal of these classes is to develop both your artistic skills following your own personal vision and to work within the group to evaluate and critique the work. No work will be done in class. Using the book as a guide we will meet once a month for evaluation and inspiration. Are you ready to create? This class will be limited to 8 students who want to commit to all 10 lessons.
