This course adds to the basic skills learned in Beginning Quilting I.  Learn new blocks & techniques working with curves and paper piecing.  Or, just brush up on things you learned in the past.  Best of all, you’ll make new friends and have a great time.

Text Box: BEGINNING QUILTING II  Beyond the Basics

This technique class will teach you the 8 different methods of cutting accurate quarter and half square triangles and trapezoids.  Learn to use the basic triangle rulers correctly .  This is a process class that will enable you to convert any pattern to these power cutting methods.

Color is important but value makes the quilt.  In this class ;you will learn to view your fabric collection based on both value and color.  This is a skills workshop, we will not be making a quilt.  (Hooray, no unfinished project)

Attack that tangle of scraps! Save time & space by converting your piles of scraps into organized bins of usable bits. Learn an efficient way to cut and organize scraps, then take those rediscovered fabrics and make quilts and other projects in class using custom patterns and those freshly-cut pieces. There is room for you!
